** note these prices are for Wills that do not deal with US citizens, foreign property, or disabled beneficiaries. Wills that deal with these types of situations require complex planning not included in my prices.

Save money by supplying your own witness, or I can supply a witness for a $25 fee+ G.S.T.. A witness is only needed at the final in person meeting to sign documents.

If you have an Will, Enduring Power of Attorney or Personal Directive that is older or from another province and you would like me to review that document with you to ensure it still meets your needs or is valid in Alberta, I can arrange a phone appointment to go over the document with you and provide advice on it. The cost is $50 +GST per document to be reviewed. This cost is waived if you decide you would like me to create a new Will/Enduring Power of Attorney/Personal Directive for you and enter into that contract.
