My approach.

My goal is to make this process expedient, easy and stress-free, here are the 5 steps to your Will!

  1. Email me: It all starts with an email, click the work with me button and send me a quick message with your name and which legal document(s) you need and we’ll get started from there, my email is info@riversidewills.ca.

  2. 1st In-Person Meeting: We will meet in person at my casual home office. We will go over your goals for your document(s) and I’ll give you a detailed questionnaire to complete. At this step, I bill for the $50 consultation fee, this fee is not extra, it is a $50 subtracted once, from the final cost of your will or enduring powers of attorney or personal directive.

  3. Questions, Comments Concerns: After I receive your completed questionnaire we can meet by phone, video call or over email to answer your questions and get further details.

  4. Draft Document for your Approval: I provide you with an electronic

    draft of your document(s) for your approval and then we can discuss

    any final questions and feedback over email, phone, or video call.

  5. 2nd In-Person Meeting: We must meet in person with the final copy

    of your document(s) and sign them together and with the required

    witnesses.
