A will is a legal document you create to distribute your property after your passing. We can work together and create your will your way easily. Over phone, email, video conference and two in-person visits, we can have your will complete. Choose the method and location that works best for you.

An enduring power of attorney is a legal document that enables you to chose a person to have control of your legal and financial affairs after you become incapable of doing so. We can easily add this document to your will creation process and make them both at the same time.

A personal directive is a legal document that allows you to choose a person to make personal decisions (medical decisions, residence decisions and other personal activities decisions) for you at a future time when you no longer have the capacity to do so. This document is often made at the same time as a will and enduring powers of attorney and can be easily added to the will creation process.

If you have an Will, Enduring Power of Attorney or Personal Directive that is older or from another province and you would like me to review that document with you to ensure it still meets your needs or is valid in Alberta, I can arrange a phone appointment to go over the document with you and provide advice on it. The cost is $50 +GST per document to be reviewed. This cost is waived if you decide you would like me to create a new Will/Enduring Power of Attorney/Personal Directive for you and enter into that contract.
